Thank you to our March guest speaker Ronda Giangreco, author of The Gathering Table, Defying Multiple Sclerosis with a Year of Pasta, Wine, and Friends. We were privileged to be the first group she spoke to before she goes on to many other speaking engagements which include the Memphis Chapter of the National MS Society and appearing on the Today Show. Living Waters is an after care sober living home for Women. They are dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing environment where women are able to remain sober and stay in recovery while giving and getting support to live a life of health, happiness, success and inspiration. They offer a safe environment that promotes wellness, fosters independence, and encourages self-reliance. Soroptimist International of Ukiah and Yokayo Sunrise are happy to contribute 50 handmade fleece blankets to Redwood Children's Services. We'd like to thank our October guest speakers; Willow Anderson, RCS and Ashley Bergen, CAC for sharing information about the many positive ways their organizations support the youth in our community. |
